Customer satisfaction is a priority for Lido Nova. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, We invite you to carefully review the following refund policy.


🕒 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order , without the obligation to provide reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service before proceeding with the return of the product.


📦 Refund conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must comply with all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unworn and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, washing or damage
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

  2. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the request
  3. Wait for return instructions
  4. Ship the product to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Credit times may vary depending on the bank or provider payment and do not depend on Lido Nova.


⚠️ Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, We invite you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery , attaching clear photos of the problem.

In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
